1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, activating a license key, or using Shoppish POS software and related services (Shoppish Online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2.Perpetual Software License & Ownership

Shoppish POS operates under a one-time purchase model for lifetime access without recurring subscription fees. Purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store are tied to your app store account and can be restored on supported devices on the same platform.

• License purchases stay with your app store account and can be restored when switching devices on the same platform.
• Licenses include bug fixes and stability updates for the purchased major release.

3.Data Ownership & Offline Independence

All transaction logs, product inventory, and customer databases are stored locally on your hardware. Shoppish POS operates 100% offline without mandatory internet connections. You retain absolute ownership and custody of your business data.

4.Optional Cloud Add-on Services

If you opt in to cloud add-on services (online store synchronization, web storefront, or custom domain registration), subscription fees apply according to your selected plan (Basic/Pro). You may cancel cloud add-ons anytime without impacting your local offline POS functionality.

5.Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer free evaluation downloads so you can test compatibility prior to purchase. Activated perpetual licenses are eligible for refund requests within 7 days of purchase in the event of unresolved critical technical failures.

6.Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shoppish be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business disruption or third-party hardware failure. Merchants are advised to perform regular local backups of their transaction databases.
